A retail shop of Anteprima, inside the shopping mall ION located on Orchard Street, Singapore. The shop features two lines of the brand; bags and clothings. The interior is consisted of three curved walls, with products displayed on the walls horizontally, as though a ribbon of products wraps around the space. The front is a space for bags, and the back is a space for clothes. The half mirror installed at a square angle against the curved wall allow a strange vision as though the wall continues further beyond the mirror, and also shows the space behind with its reflection. In other words, the spaces in front of and behind the half mirror cross over each other. The scene with the bags, and the scene with clothes overlap each other. Retail shops are now becoming a space to show vision of brands, instead of selling the products. This retail shop intended to visualize the brand’ s philosophy by utilizing the reflections of the half mirror and showcasing the products as though an image.
